Police make arrests in killing of Bronx teenager

All six will appear in an extradition hearing Tuesday afternoon in Paterson, the Passaic County prosecutor's office said, adding the suspects will then be extradited to the Bronx, where some of them are likely to face charges in connection with the slaying of the teen.

Guzman-Feliz was killed on June 20 after five members of the Trinitarios gang dragged the child out of a bodega in a case of mistaken identity.

His family says the teen had big dreams of one day joining the NYPD.

Another person in the East 183rd Street and Bathgate Avenue store points to the door and a wounded Guzman-Feliz slowly retreats back outside, leaving a trail of blood behind him. According to reports, another suspect was previously arrested in the Dominican Republic and at least two others were arrested in connection with the case.

"I know it doesn't mean a lot".

Wake services for Lesandro Guzman-Feliz are being held through 9 p.m.at the RG Ortiz Funeral Home on Southern Boulevard.

'I might not be celebrating any goals': England head coach dislocates shoulder
The England manager took training at Spartak Zelenogorsk on Thursday, despite the discomfort of a dislocated shoulder. They were supposed to be relaxing because we let the players have a bit of time off and I am causing them to work.

After a heart-breaking picture of Lesandro's mother, Leandra Feliz embracing her dead son in a hospital bed went viral, celebrities from across the globe spoke out about the untimely death.

News of Guzman-Feliz's violent death has garnered attention nationwide, fueling the hashtag #JusticeforJunior.

Guzman-Feliz was part of the NYPD's Law Enforcement Explorers program and wanted to become a police officer when he grew up, his family said. In an Instagram post she called the Bronx streets "ruthless".

Rapper Cardi B, who grew up in the Bronx, made an $8,000 donation to a GoFundMe page for Guzman-Feliz's family on Sunday under her legal name, Belcalis Almanzar.

In a homicide that has stunned even the most hardened New Yorkers, detectives say Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, 15, was a victim of mistaken identity. I'm a father of four and couldn't imagine losing any one of my own kids. "There's too much other stuff already going on in this world".

"Stabbing murder of this young man is among the most brutal crimes I've seen in my 36-year career", he said while appealing for help from the public to identify the suspects.
