Off and on showers and storms overnight will add up to 1 or more inches of rain. The high for the day will be near 51 degrees with a low around 41 at night. The further south you are in the warm sector Saturday, the more unstable the atmosphere will be and the greater your chances for strong or severe t-storms.

Mother's Day turned out to be fairly active with showers and storms passing through this afternoon. We will get a few breaks before additional storms move in Monday evening. Thursday: 40 percent chance of showers/thunderstorms, mostly cloudy - high near 85. Highs will be in the mid-80s with southeast winds 5 to 10 miles per hour.

As we head back to work on Monday, expect our unsettled weather to continue.

Forecast models indicate the likelihood of thunderstorms for Friday.
