Samsung targeting $10bn sales in India over 2018

"Listening to this year's piece by Jónsson, you will find that the notes arouse the purest, fundamental elements of the human sentiment that often remain hidden in our daily lives".

We've checked and double checked with our contacts at the UK's major smartphone retailers and they've told us (and told us) that pre-orders are set to be available the minute that the phone is unveiled at MWC 2018 this Sunday. Even if that's accurate, that would still make the Galaxy S9 more affordable than the iPhone X. But, at $850, it's quite expensive. It's a flagship phone that's expected to arrive in early 2018, boasting blisteringly fast hardware.

Samsung made a decision to launch the Galaxy S9 on 25th February along with Galaxy S9. Keep reading to see what we reckon, or if you want to learn more about the new plus-sized handset then be sure to check out our Galaxy S9 news and rumours page.

Both Snapdragon and Exynos variants of the Samsung Galaxy S9 surfaced on Geekbench quite recently, and it's time for the Galaxy S9 Plus to take the stage. Samsung is also rumored to introduce AKG produced Dolby Surround sound on the Galaxy S9 series. Last year we had Bixby, and this year there's Uhssp.

Apple employees running into glass walls at Cupertino headquaters
We all know how important design is to Apple, which could account for why they didn't put safety markings on the glass. The men involved in the cases were left with minor cuts, it's reported , though were not, apparently, hospitalized.

The report suggests that the smartphones will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor in the USA and China, while the Samsung Exynos 9810 SoC will be available in other regions. Both the sensors present in Galaxy S9+ and single rear camera in Galaxy S9 will feature optical image stabilization (OIS) and both of them will come loaded with laser and Dual Pixel autofocus.

The price of Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 will be most likely $599 or £599.

Speaking to The Sun, expert Dominic Sunnebo revealed he expects even higher pricing: "The Galaxy Note 8 is Samsung's most premium offering to date, and is available in the United Kingdom at £869". Samsung typically refreshes that phone later in the year, and there's no indication a new model is coming next weekend.

Ahead of the launch, Samsung hasn't revealed a lot about the smartphones, but in recent teaser videos it hinted at improved camera capabilities and iPhone X-inspired Animojis.
