Thousands of partiers are heading out on the town for New Year's Eve in the Twin Cities despite double-digits below zero and a wind chill that feels like -25. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves and cover exposed skin. At midnight, the wind chills will be around -14 with actual temperatures around 8°. It'll be even colder for the first day of 2018, but before we get there.... Expect wind chills to range from 10 above zero to 10 below zero for portions of Middle Tennessee.
