Time magazine reveals shortlist for 2017 Person of the Year

The group consists of thousands of immigrants who came to the United States with their parents in hope for a better life.

Numerous names listed have been surrounded by controversy this year.

President Trump was next, a little over an hour after he managed to make headlines once again by officially endorsing Alabama Senate hopeful Roy Moore despite accusations that he sexually molested a girl when she was 14 and assaulted another female was she was 16 in a restaurant parking lot.

You couldn't have a Person of the Year list in 2017 without Kim Jong Un, Xi Jinping and Donald Trump.

No offense to people like Jenkins (Wonder Woman was great!), Kaepernick (he definitely drove headlines), or Bezos, but these two seem like the most logical selections.

The magazine will announce its 2017 pick Wednesday morning.
