Missing Columbia County teen found in upstate NY

The 17-year-old, who played soccer at her Florida high school, may have been in a relationship with the assistant boys' soccer coach Rian Rodriguez.

. Late Friday night, New York State Police said he had been charged as a fugitive of justice and was arraigned in the town of Salina and remanded to Onondaga County.

"I know that she to some degree left on her own".

Caitlyn Frisina, who disappeared from her home last Saturday, was found safe in Syracuse after a New York State Police Officer spotted the red Mercury with Florida plates plastered on her missing poster, according to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office.

Hunter said Rodriguez faces possible criminal charges of interference with child custody and could face further charges depending on what the investigation yields.

Rian Rodriguez, 27, was taken into custody without incident.

All 30 teams could potentially be in the mix, since worldwide signing caps significantly limit the price of the 23-year-old. The teams with the most to offer include the Rangers ($3,335,000), the Yankees ($3.25 million) and Twins ($3,245,000).

Frisina was detained until she was reunited with her family in the Syracuse area. "We are so thankful to have her back". First Coast News was told he was sacked for not showing up to work. Frisina told police that she left with Rian willingly and she was unharmed.

In addition, Frasina's parents discovered sexual messages on Snapchat between her and Rodriguez after her disappearance. The teen's phone - which had been completely erased - was left behind, authorities said.

They were also spotted early Sunday evening at a pawn shop in Fayetteville, Hunter said.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office now says Caitlyn was found safe this afternoon, but did not immediately provide more information.

Officials at Fort White High School have suspended Rodriguez.
