Kim Kardashian Gets Candid on Surrogacy Experience: It's 'So Much Harder'

The 37-year-old, who is already a mother of two with husband Kanye West, chose to use a surrogate for her third child when she was told not to carry the baby herself for medical reasons.

The "Selfish" author's unnamed surrogate is due in January.

Kim "hated being pregnant", but she reveals that she would have preferred to go that route if there weren't so many potential complications.

She said that, "anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong" and it is "so much harder to go through".

"She was unboxing the My Little Pony Colourpop collection and I thought to myself, "I wish I was recording this" because her reaction was so amusing", she said.

3 killed in shooting that ends at California elementary school, official says
He declined to release the name of the shooter but said he was "aware" of a domestic violence incident that neighbors reported. There were at least 100 law enforcement officers on site, he said.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently threw an extravagant baby shower ahead of the birth of her little one.

Kardashian West noted that while her first two pregnancies were physically hard, this one has been mentally challenging. "And then she did makeup on the My Little Pony that they gave and she said, 'Mom, I want to do a YouTube video'".

Speaking of the trust she has for her surrogate, it sounds like Kardashian has, presumably, been friendly with the woman for a good amount of time.

'You know, it is really different, ' she told Entertainment Tonight.

It's no secret that Kim had hard pregnancies with 4-year-old daughter North and 1-year-old son Saint. "Even the fact that it is happening - and you do forget sometimes - because I think when you are pregnant, by the time you have the baby, you are so prepared and so ready, and now I am just like, 'Oh my God I am going to freak out because I'm not ready and I'm not prepared, ' but it'll just all come into place". "How disgusting and painful". "But it is still a process that you need to digest". "So when I compare myself to Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Howard Hughes, David Stern, Michelangelo, da Vinci, Jesus, whoever it is, I say these are my heroes, these are people that I look up to, this is the type of impact I want to make on the Earth", West said during the chat. Becoming a mother, no matter your journey, is emotionally, mentally, and physically hard.
